- How much will my foreclosure cleanup cost? Once our crew is onsite, they will give you a handwritten estimate before they schedule to have any work completed. (In some instances, we can give you an estimate “range” over the phone.) Check our Price page for general guidelines for us getting started.
- What kinds of items can you clear away? We can take away pretty much any non-hazardous items that two people can lift (ie., appliances, mattresses, couches, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, garage and attic junk, boxes, books, tools, tires, miscellaneous construction material, renovation debris, yard waste, wood, fencing, firewood, old timber, construction timber, tiling, garden refuse, branches, hedge clippings, furniture, sofas, hide-a-beds, and much more). If you’ve got something else to remove and you don’t see it on the list, that is no problem, just let us know.
- Do you only work on foreclosures? No, we specialize in foreclosures, but work with any property needing our services (can be a personal property, eviction, etc.)
- How does the exterior pricing work? Much like the interior guidelines. We have to see the property first to give you an accurate estimate.
